PSYCH-K Subconscious Therapy
About PSYCH-K:
In each PSYCH-K session we work together to identify personal challenges, subconscious patterns or limiting beliefs that may be impacting your life; using this information to write goal statements that truly reflect the life you want and deserve. The process then combines psychology and kinesiology techniques to create what is called a ‘whole-brain state’ which allows subconscious beliefs to shift to create new perceptions for our past, present, and future events so that you can live life more fully from a place of clarity and empowerment. PSYCH-K allows us space to reframe beliefs around worthiness, trusting, healing, deservingness, feeling safe, fears/doubts, and so much more.
