Using a light touch, the practitioner monitors the rhythm of the Craniosacral system to detect any potential restrictions or imbalances throughout the body. With gentle hand holds, areas of adhesion or congestion can be detected and treated. The therapist then combines light touch and subtle manual techniques to help the body release any restrictions.
Alissa creates a safe and nurturing space where body and mind are immersed in relaxation - Each session aims to bring balance to the physical body and the layers of our emotional and energetic experiences. Sessions are available in-person for adults, children, and newborns.
